The car I first purchased had an unforeseen fault which was only noticed by myself and reported the problem to the dealer after a few days of ownership, which they responded in an exemplary way. They took back the faulty car without question and offered me another vehicle which was a more expensive one but allowed me a very favourable deal and did everything to satisfy me. I would defiantly buy another car from Mercedes at Chelmsford with confidence.
