Taken my vehicle twice to this dealer ,booked in with the parts manager first time and the assistant service manager second time ,on both visits they had no record of my appointment ,My a7 which had a noise from the engine and requires camshafts and timing chains at a cost of £7300.00, this vehicle has a full service history 22500 miles and is four months out of warranty and on asking for a goodwill contribution I was told NO contribution could be given . Booked my vehicle in with Audi in Stockport received the service one would expect very helpful repaired the vehicle and my contribution was £509.00. every Audi owner I have come in contact with I tell them about my experience with both dealers . should be no star
