The showroom side was fantastic, courteous and helpful. The aftercare was shocking. Despite multiple phone calls and requests I have still not received the service information that was promised, I've not had the video showing the work that was done and I have yet to receive a call back despite all.of this....extremely poor service, definitely not what I expected from a prestige brand. Update: Rang to speak to the after sales manager as requested below, I was told he'd ring me back.....surprise, surprise, no phone call!
