I bought a car recently from Lexus Newcastle - what can I say, an amazing pre sales/time of sale/post sale experience. My Lexus specialist from the dealership (Steve) has been superb, a top gent who will go above and beyond your expectations to ensure queries are met and will call/send emails way past business hours to ensure communications are always as up to date as possible, making sure the customer does not have to wait a substantial time for feedback. I have bought German brands in the past and have to say the Lexus experience absolutely trounces the German dealerships with a no pressure sales attitude and actually knowing the product that they are selling. 6 out of 5 stars if it were possible. Very very highly recommended.
