I would like to thank Lionel Miles for all the help he has given me in sorting out a warranty claim with Mercedes over the problems with my fire opal red SLK 200.He has put in a lot of work and effort on my behalf over the past few weeks dealing with Mercedes and has secured a very satisfactory outcome for myself.He has not only been very helpful but very professional,polite and has always returned my telephone calls promptly could not have wished for better service Thanks again John hall
