1) Booked an appointment and was told that they would require two days. After two days I was told that a technician was unable to get to look at the car because they had lots of other urgent cars to repair. 2) My car was stolen along with both keys. Once it was recovered I visited VW to order two new keys and was charged £350. I was advised to get the car recovered and then both keys would be coded. Once the car arrived at the garage I was told that they couldn't code the keys and that I need to order a new lock set and two news keys and I was charged £850 for this. I complained to David in the service department and said that I was advised to get two new keys and that I would like a refund and he refused.
