Excellent front of house: Carys, Lorraine and Millie meet and greet very nicely. Andy, Head of Servicing and repairs, came over to say hello. Pleasant area to wait in. offered coffee or tea. Kev and Stuart in servicing very accommodating and helpful. Courtesy car Golf Plus a lovely drive. My own car described on video with comments and advice. On collection, my car had been cleaned and hoovered. Overall a really good experience, and one I'll be happy to repeat. I am always impressed by the way staff talk to one another and the way things are explained to customers. It's fly-on-the-wall stuff, but once you're in the waiting area you have the chance to pick up the vibe; which is 'nice place to work.'
