Overall experience of test driving the Auris was positive, due to a different sales person stepping in to help when the sales person I had been dealing with by email and telephone did not attend the appointment we made. The same helpful sales person completed the sale a week later, again providing a good service and positive experience. I appreciated the manager introducing himself personally.
