Worst service possible. Extremely rude and hung up the phone on me after arguing with me like a school child. Would not listen to any of my concerns. I put in a complaint and nothing was heard. To book your car in you will be waiting one month and then it will be just sat there until they have time. They will give you a date when it’s ready and it will not be. They will not have any courtesy cars available as they say they all with customers. When you do finally get one it will probably be what they gave me, a pick up truck in replacement for a Range Rover sport autobiography dynamic! I’ve only drove my car for 1 week the rest of the times it’s been with Land Rover Wolverhampton since I bought it. Finally I got the car back and after 2 days another fault and they’ve told me to bring it back in and they can look at it in one months time! They promised a full health check on the vehicle and when I asked for it they said there printers don’t work. They told me they would email me the health check results and nothing was sent. Land rover Wolverhampton staff do not have a clue what they are doing and know nothing about customer service. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY VEHICLE THAT LAND ROVER SELLS AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
