Like others have accurately identified, very helpful when trying to sell you a car, but after sales and handover absolutely shambolic. Multiple broken promises & real lack of attention to detail - despite working to their tight timescales so they can get the end of month bonuses. Would advise against this dealership, plenty of others in the area to spend your money with. I have spoken with Danny from Lancaster LR and he was extremely helpful and apologetic. I will add more as they resolve
