Although we are pleased with the sourcing of the car we are very disappointed with the hand over. Not only was there no second key (which as of now is still unresolved despite multiple prompts) the promised repairs to paintwork were not done, the car did not appear to have been washed on the outside and the refuel warning light appeared immediately on leaving the forecourt. The latter issue, on a car priced above £30,000, just strikes me as pathetic.
