We learn that JLR are experiencing falling customer demand. This morning my wife and I visited this showroom with a view to buying a new Velar. The showroom was very quiet. The helpful receptionist tried to persuade any member of the sales team to speak to us. No one was visible in the showroom and after waiting ten minutes without anyone appearing we decided to leave. The receptionist asked us to wait but we declined. If this initial contact is typical of the way in which this dealership treats customers we have no wish to do business with them.
