I cannot fault the service i got, as met all expectations. However the labour costs are nothing short of obscene. £600 plus for brake pads is a joke.I am glad i have a service plan i will bring my vehicle in for service until the plan ends then go else where. I would not recommend for repair work or replacement parts. Its not the cost i can afford it its just such extortionate labour costs cannot be justified. sorry but not surprised you are in trouble as a company. sad as love the product.
