I recently took delivery of a brand new Karoq and overall the service I received from Lancaster Skoda Milton Keynes from start to finish was excellent. Having declared an interest in a car on display Vlad explained details of options with the car and spent as much time with me as I needed without making me feel under any pressure whatsoever and he also kept me updated with progress leading up to delivery. When I collected my new car it was in a ‘dispatching area' covered in a sheet ready to be unveiled, a nice touch that I’ve never experienced before and it made the whole occasion a little more special. Again Vlad spent as much time during the handover, going through the controls etc until I was happy enough to find my way round, which was greatly appreciated. It's only been a couple of weeks, and time will be the judge, but the car is a real joy to drive and so far I’m absolutely delighted ! First class customer service Lancaster, well done.
