Tried to order a spare wheel. I was told on reception that the spares department was shut for stock take ( fair enough ) but someone would call me on Monday, by late on Tuesday I had heard nothing so I called back into the showroom. I was shown to the waiting area and given a coffee. After 45 minutes somebody eventually came and took my order. He told me that it would be ready the next day and that he would call me when it was ready. 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the call. The only person to call me was a lady doing a customer satisfaction survey. lol Please don't ask me to contact your customer service department. How about you contact me after all I'm still expecting a call from you.
