I have had a bad experience from day one with this Dealership. Given that I was a cash buyer I feel I should have been afforded a little more respect when given the vehicle and told that I wouldn't be getting brand new brakes pads and wiper blades. Just spent over £700 extra at first service on a car which has done less than 25000 miles and been told in no uncertain terms that my driving style has contributed to brake pad and disk wear.
