Dealt with the service department, lost the file so when I went to get the work done none of the parts had been ordered. I asked for a courtesy car and was promised a courtesy car. I even asked if my age would be an issue. Yet I was declined a courtesy car when I got there so now I am left without a car..after this experience I wouldn't buy a car from them I shall go to Grange On a lighter note.
