I had the first service carried out on the 15th Feb 2019 along with looking at a couple of snags. Two were sorted on the day and one will require a second visit. Am I happy, yes. Lancaster Jaguar and the service team carried out more than they had agreed to. Then they went beyond just servicing my car. I had opted to work from home for the day. I had intended to go and pick my car up on Saturday morning. What did they do? They arranged for my car to be delivered to me at home on Friday afternoon. What more could I ask for? Very little. Thank you to Amy and the service team. Great job!
