Test drove RR Evoque with Lancaster & found staff helpful. Decided to try Jag XE a month or so later & found whole purchase & part exchange process very straight forward. Polite and friendly staff. Very pleased. Laurence kept us updated before collection & genuinely seemed interested in customer satisfaction. Beautiful car purchased at a sensible price.
