Horrendous experience this morning. This is trying to purchase a car as an existing Audi owner. Two and a half hours of my life I’m not going to get back. Feel completely hoodwinked , confused and don’t know where to go from here. Referred to constantly as a VIP But left feeling anything but. Just hideous Have never been made to feel like that at any car showroom
