I underwent breast reduction surgery 6 weeks ago, after years of struggling with back pain and low self-esteem from large breasts I decided to bite the bullet and have surgery. I took my time and did my thorough research and Mr. Ross came up highly recommended. At the initial consultations Mr. Ross explained the procedure, including risks associated and made sure to set clear expectations of what I should expect post surgery. He also made sure I was going down to a realistic size for my body shape and that everything was proportional. The whole team were excellent, on the day of the operation all the team members introduced themselves, settled my nerves and answered any of my questions. Post-op I was cared for exceptionally well on the ward, the nurses were vigilant with checking my wounds and making sure my pain was well controlled. I was discharged after one night in hospital, Mr. Ross and the nurses ensured I had all the information to take home to care for my wounds and gave me contact information for any concerns I had. I have now had my 6 week check up, everything is healing very well and I couldn't be happier with the result, my breast are now in excellent shape and proportion to the rest of my body. I'm due back for a check up in 6 months but Mr. Ross and the nurses couldn't stress enough that if I have any concerns in the mean time to contact them straight away. I felt safe and well-cared for throughout my whole breast reduction surgery/recovery. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Mr. Ross to anyone considering a breast reduction.
