DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! We rented from them for 5 years and ended up loosing near to £1000, because they will always find a reason why to keep your deposit. Just prior to us moving out we got requested to paint our walls, which we did and they also said that we had to clean our carpets, which we did. After which we did not receive our deposit back, because they stated we broke the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, which is not true as it was already broken for the past 5 years. They also came up with the fact that we had to pay for the bath which was broken from the beginning when we moved in, but because we requested it to be changed we had to pay for it. Due to this we ended up spending near to £500 from our own pockets when originally we got promised that we will get our deposit back, but in reality they kept all of the deposit. P.S. when you have something broken like a boiler, it will take them good 3 weeks before they will come and see you and when you go into the agency you will get shouted at and screamed at like my daughter did when she was 15 and she just went to see when they will come out to see the boiler.
