I have had a long experience with this agency. Funnily enough, there was another review site that started of with a half dozen terrible reviews to which Mr Damien Cooke relied expression his bewilderment at the low review. His stock answer was that he did not tolerate abuse to his staff. Fair enough. More power to good customer service on both sides of the equation.
