I let my property though Cooke & Co, and from beginning to end the process has been seamless. I was advised what works were needed in the property to ensure a quick let and the staff were both knowledgeable on the achievable rental price and didn't over inflate this to get me to sign with them and they also guided me through the legal requirements needed. I am always able to speak to a member of the lettings team should the need arise and have direct email contact that is answered within 24 hours and since Cooke & Co managed the property in 2008, it has been let continuously with the longest void period being 2 days! A great, honest agent that I have recommended to friends who are looking to let their properties.
