Our house in Horley had been let through Choices for about 8 years. When we decided to take back our house (as my parents would be moving in) we were disgusted and appalled to see the state of it. It was completely uninhabitable. In fact, even the painter (we had to repaint the whole house) couldn't bare to be in the house very long due to the unbearable stench. We had to re-carpet too.
