I’ve had the worst experience of my life with choices. Never get anything fixed. Demand rent increases but but don’t give you earning. Out of hours number does work (no one answers). I’m now sat here with rain water coming through my roof for 2 years not been fixed. And my water cut off because of a leak from my flat into the flat below which choices never resolved! My letter states after numerous attempts choices have failed to provide an update. Thanks choices! Voted the worse property management company 2018. Add that to your awards!!!!
