I engaged with Bradley's because of their reputation. I am in the military and wanted a managed Let so that it would take the stress out of renting. However, I felt myself phoning them for updates on my property constantly for information on what was goin on with the prospective tenant. It took them 3 months to get the tenant in from him saying he wanted the property with myself having to chase this with them. Their communication between departments is poor with the office not even knowing the correct date my tenant was supposed to move in. Their maintenance team are very helpful and are quick to get matters resolved swiftly, which is a good and makes life easy. My advice would be to find someone else to let your property and get Bradley's to manage it once a tenant was in, if only that were possible.
