Tom was cheerful and polite when showing us around. He was very knowledgeable about the property and the local area, and addressed any concerns we might have about relocating - from schooling, to good walks, to a local removals company that wouldn't baulk at the amount of steps up to the property! We loved the property but Tom sold us on the area.
