Had our house on the market with another agent for nearly 6 months without an offer. Went to Bradley's and they offered great advice from day one. Within a month we had an offer and sale agreed. The team kept us in the loop the whole time. I felt like I could call them when ever I had a question, big or small. They kept us and our buyer happy, even with a few normal set backs out of everyone's control. Such as delays with local searches. But they kept chasing and ensured everyone that everything that could be done was being done. Smoothed things over with buyer and made sure the deal went through. Professional attitudes from all members of the team but also very human and could talk to them straight. We dealt with Joe and Josh mostly which are both fantastic but the whole team is very helpful. Overall very happy with the service and couldn't recommend them enough. Actual Estate Agents that do the job!
