I would definitely recommend Advancing Property in Bedford, I feel that Gary is the most reliable of the estate agents in Bedford I met with, and I have met with several! He provides a proactive service (without being too pushy) and that's exactly what you need in an estate agent. If you are fed up of estate agents that send you inappropriate property details, don't call you back, and basically don't earn their fee, then give Advancing Property a call instead.
