The service provided for the sale of our house was an utter shambles from start to finish!!! Luigi's valuation was so far off market value which resulted in a drop of 30k right at the very last stages of the sale! Luigi passed the blame for every problem occurred on to others, banks, solicitors etc. and often had no words for the complete mismanagement of the sale. Overall useless and clueless I would not recommend these agents.
